What to Expect Step-by-Step
STEP 01
Secure a booking
To book an Individual Portrait Session, you may schedule & pay on our convenient, online scheduling platform located here.
Bookings for Team or Group Sessions can contact the studio directly via phone or email studio@sarahtreuphoto.com to secure a booking.
Step 02
Chat with Photographer
All sessions come with a complimentary 15-30min consultation if needed.
After you book, Sarah will contact you directly to confirm your slot.
If you have any questions or concerns this is your opportunity to discuss those directly with the photographer one-on-one assuring you arrive confident on your day.
Step 03
Prep hair, skin & wardrobe
After your consult, we provide you with a list of suggestions to help you prepare for the day. We offer guidance for males, females, individuals & teams. Leading up to your day we are always on-hand to answer any questions that may arise.
Step 04
Relax
On your day we work to make the experience enjoyable and comfortable. We provide you ample time to freshen up, grab a coffee and prepare your clothing, hair or makeup. During the session, we keep you involved by viewing your images as we go. You'll end the day with a clear selection of your favorites and timing of final delivery.

We process all payments through Square and accept Visa and MasterCard for your convenience.
when do i pay?
All session and make-up fees are non-refundable and are billed when booking your reservation (not on the day of service.)
How long is each session?
Sessions are organized by time and vary depending upon selected service. Team session are based on group size, but most smaller teams fit within a full-day session.
